I have three meals every day, sometimes with some fruit between meals 1 and 2, or dessert after lunch:
Meal #1: Breakfast
- Two bread toasts with olive oil and serrano ham
- Two hard-boiled eggs
- One canarian banana
- Three dates
- One Medjoul date
- A handful of blueberries

- †† 100-150ml of greek yogurt with honey

- A glass (250-300ml) of orange juice

- One canarian banana
- One kiwi gold
- One ounce of dark chocolate (99-100%)
- One hard-boiled egg
- A handful of pistachios
- A glass of whole milk (250-300ml)
